Calling all Ladies!
If what you're currently stuck with is getting stale and boring (not talking about your tiny, whiny boyfriends here), you're in luck!

We mean if whatever you're currently doing is getting montonous and old (your training routine!), Team Iron Behemoths is here to help!


Introducing our Behemoth Belles -The Ladies Fitness Division of Team Iron Behemoths.


We are here to bring the fun back into your training!
Using Strong(Wo)man implements and disciplines such as tyre flipping, sleds, logs and a whole bevy of other free weight equipment to give you a cardio, toning and strength workout like no other - You can expect to burn calories like you've never had before!
Especially in the greenery of an open park with fresh air and the sun on your skin.
Think jogging in the park but only burning more calories while toning up and strengthening the entire body. We make it safe with our experience in adjusting the weight to something you're comfortable with so that you're able to enjoy a custom workout whatever your strength level is -beginner, intermediate or She-Hulk!
We are also very proud to have 2009's National Bodyfitness Champion and 4th placer in the recent Asian Championships, Miss Angelina Tan among our ranks to help coach the Behemoth Belles.

Here's Angelina sharing how the Push Sled hits your ABTs (Abs, Buns and Thighs), not to mention toning your arms and giving one heck of a cardio workout at the same time!
No wonder it's a favourite of the Ladies!

The trick to Farmer's Walking is just imagining you're walking out of LV with two of their biggest bags in hand. Both utillises grip strength and tone the triceps but it wouldnt burn a hole in your trackpants over here.
