Strongman Spotlight

In this edition of the Strongman Spotlight, we have Trenton McNee.

Trent got in touch with us online and came to visit. All the way from Scotland!

Looks like we are doing more than Making Singapore Stronger!

He was kind enough to write a mini-article about his experience with us in Singapore:

Hi Ben/Sam,

Thanks for letting me train at your gym this past week, I enjoyed my time there and hope training goes well for both of you this year. Good luck with Singapore's strongest man. Wrote this mini article when I was waiting for the plane, hope it's ok!

''Dear Iron Behemoths, I visit Singapore a few times per year for holidays and all the gyms I've trained at quite frankly just suck. Luckily this time, I got in contact with Ben via forums online and I went to the 'lair' on a Tuesday night unaware of what to expect. I left thoroughly pleased, Ben and Sam both gauged my level of strength well and pushed me to the intensity I crave in my training.

Furthermore, it was fun trying out a whole different environment of training with the strongman toys they have outdoors. Definitely will be training here when I come back next time (to Singapore), simply the only real place to train in Singapore.

Regards,Trent from Edinburgh''

Telok Ayer Hong Lim Green CC Community & Racial Harmony Day 2010

At Team Iron Behemoths, we take our role of Making Singapore Stronger seriously.

And it means more to us than delveloping buldging biceps or getting new records in Powerlifting.
Making Singapore Stronger also means fostering STRONGER Community and Racial ties -The very fabric of our nation! With our members coming from all race groups and even friends from other countries, we know the importance and synergistic benefits when all of us come together as one. Our team is stronger for it!
It is thus entirely our pleasure to be invited once again to co-organise The TIB Tug of War Challenge at this year's Community and Racial Harmony Day.
