Team Iron Behemoths had the privilege of being invited to meet and greet the legendary 8 time Mr Olympia Champion, Ronnie Coleman, at the Singapore premiere of "The Expendables".
Sly and crew would have to take a backseat to Big Ron today at Illuma Cineplex, Bugis.
Er'body in the bodybuilding world will surely hail Ronnie's physique as one of the all time greatest but how many actually know Ronnie is also freakishly strong compared to the rest. His feats of strength include deadlifting over 800lbs.
Now for that we give him major props because that's what we're all about!
For him and Team Iron Behemoths, it's all lightweight baby!
